Bekasi, April 11, 2025 – PT Lintas Jaringan Nusantara (LJN) has officially partnered with SMK Bakti Mandiri Bekasi to provide internet services for the school.
This collaboration aims to support connectivity needs, especially during the implementation of online exams, which require a stable and reliable network.
In today’s digital era, the internet has become a fundamental necessity in education. Online exams also pose a unique challenge for schools, particularly in ensuring network stability throughout the examination process. LJN steps in with a commitment to maintaining smooth and disruption-free connections.
M. Fauzi Noviyanto, S.Pd., a representative from SMK Bakti Mandiri, stated that LJN has demonstrated a high level of readiness in supporting the school’s network requirements.
He acknowledged that LJN’s NOC (Network Operation Center) team is always prepared to assist in case of internet issues when using PT Lintas Jaringan Nusantara’s services.
“When a disruption occurs, the LJN NOC team immediately informs us and assists in resolving the issue. We also once asked them to be on standby during the exams, and they genuinely monitored the network in real-time,” he said.
Although the school is currently using a 100 Mbps service for more than a thousand students, the school has acknowledged that the capacity may need to be increased in the future.
“For now, it’s sufficient, but in the future, we’d like to upgrade for more optimal performance,” he added.
From an administrative and agreement standpoint, the school finds the collaboration process with LJN to be smooth and uncomplicated.
“During the initial registration, there were no significant issues. The process was also straightforward,” he said.
This partnership is expected to be a promising first step in improving the quality of internet services for education in Bekasi. Moreover, it is hoped that it will expand LJN’s contribution to the national education sector.
